Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Love From The City Art! We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping our artwork so it arrives safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Processing & Studio Times

All orders are processed and beautifully packaged within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking information as soon as your artwork has shipped.

2. How We Package Your Art

We treat our shipping process as an extension of the art itself. To ensure your prints arrive in pristine condition, they are shipped in rigid, heavy-duty flat mailers or thick protective mailing tubes to prevent any bending or creasing during transit.

3. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

4. Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your art arrives damaged during transit:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it (if visible).

  2. Take photos of the damaged artwork inside.

  3. Contact us immediately at lovefromthecityart@gmail.com with your order number and the photos.

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and quickly arrange a replacement for you.
