Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Love From The City Art. Because our fine art prints are delicate and handled with care upon ordering, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or accidental incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your art. While we do not offer cash refunds, we will gladly send you a free replacement print if your order arrives damaged, creased, or if you received the incorrect item.

To qualify for a free replacement:

  1. Do not discard the packaging. Take a clear photo of the damaged packaging and the damaged print.

  2. Email us at lovefromthecityart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and attach the photos.

Once we verify the damage with the carrier, we will print, package, and ship a brand-new replacement to you at no extra cost within our standard 3–5 business day processing time.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service immediately. Love From The City Art is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If your package is stuck in transit and has completely stopped moving for more than [10] business days, please email us at lovefromthecityart@gmail.com and we will help investigate the shipment.

Order Cancellations
